83. Two cities are located on a remote island far away. One city, Khushitown, is located at sea level, bordering a large lake. The other, Aashnaville, is located on top of a large mountain. One day, a passing hiker measures the temperature in Khushitown before heading off for an expedition. The temperature in Khushitown measures 15°C.
