HW Week of 1/15
For homework this week, do Questions 219-260 in the packet. The cricket page is entirely optional, but if you want to do it, go ahead.
Next week we will also be having a quiz on Humidity and Temperature, as well as the quiz we shamefully missed today.
Our next meeting will be on Friday, January 23rd at the library instead of Thursday, January 22nd due to midterms at the high school. :( Please bring a computer there if you want to have some fun, just saying...

Quick Update
If you haven't already, now would be the time to start looking back at the stuff we covered in the beginning of the year. At the end of this month, we will be having a midterm over everything in the packet.
At the next meeting (Jan. 15), we will be taking a quiz on Earth's atmosphere and pressure. We will also go over all the answers to the worksheet, just so you guys can have correct information to study from.
The following week (Jan. 23), we will be at the Plymouth Library. That week, we will be taking our final quiz before the big test. It will be on Humidity and Temperature. I will give out one final packet on that day about some cloud information for you to do, and everything from the beginning to that point will be fair game for the test. Also, we will be doing something fun that day in order to review.
We will be taking our midterm exam on Jan. 29 at Miller. It will be structured like the Science Olympiad test, with timed stations consisting of 4 questions. It will be a group test, and will begin at 4:00pm. Any time before that you can use to study, ask questions, or do anything else. The test should not take over 30 minutes because it is timed, but I will be explaining the format later in class.
We will be meeting on the following Saturday (Jan. 31) at the library to discuss the test and do anything fun you guys want to do. After that, we will start covering the important topics at a faster pace so that you guys can have all the information needed for the invitational on April 18th.

Quiz for 1/8 will be online
There is a STEM meeting for you guys this Thursday at the Plymouth District Library, so there will be no Weather or Not meeting. Therefore, the quiz will be online and will only be on the Water Cycle.
